You know when you go for a run as part of your training for the Cheltenham Half Marathon and do really well? When you run for ages and burn off tons of calories? Is it normal to then eat your own body weight in chocolate cheesecake and Limoncello cake? Asking for a friend.
Yes, the training is underway. We’re getting fit and active ahead of the Cheltenham Half on 1st October. It isn’t easy, dragging these old bones around the training route but, with cake at the end, it’s worth it.
What are you guys up to? are you training for anything this summer? We’d love to hear about it – it will be motivation to keep us going!
