It’s a bit of a hullabaloo here at Trust HQ today as it is the last day of the school term – the big Burns kids have trotted off to class weighed down with gifts for their teachers. Bit of an excited air in the playground – 7 weeks of summer ahead.
Not sure if the parents looked just as thrilled 😉 we have plenty of things planned that hopefully won’t break the bank – trips to the park, playdates, craft days…sure we’ll fit in some day trips as well, making the most of our National Trust cards. What about you?
Right, off to do the washing and drag the house into some sort of order before the Gruesome Twosome come home and tear the place up, no doubt helped by their little sister. We’re sure Campbell will be watching, laughing his chubby head off at the summer carnage to come.
