2nd June 2017 – Training 

Hello all, hope you’ve had a good week. If you’re like us and the kids are off for half term, hope it hasn’t been too painful and costly!

Being off with the kids does have its advantages, though. We’ve been able to fit in a good few training runs and cycles in preparation for the Cheltenham Half Marathon and the L2P Challenge later this year. These events are going to take a lot of hard work and we’re putting in the hours now so we can get to the finish line without feeling completely shattered!

If you’ve been training for an event this summer in aid of the Trust, let us know how it’s going. Feel free to share your tales of blisters and sunburn – we feel your pain!
